Once again Shadowcat Systems will be sponsoring the attendance costs for the Send A Newbie awardees, Moritz Onken and Manzur Mukhitdinov, for this years YAPC::EU in Riga, Latvia.
It is always a great honour for Shadowcat to sponsor the YAPC::EU conferences, and each year we also send speakers to attend which results in us having extra places on our ticket (we have attendance places as a part of our sponsorship package and speakers do not pay for their tickets). Giving the places away to Send A Newbie awardees is for us a good usage of our sponsorship as we can support two great community projects at the same time.
If you are attending this years conference please look out for the two Send A Newbie attendees and say hello and welcome them to the world of professional Perl conferences. If you see Mark and Matt make sure to say hello to them as well.
