Mark Keating and Matt S. Trout have both been accepted as speakers for the Yet Another Perl Conference North America, to be held in Madison, Wisconsin, from the 13th to the 15th June 2012. Shadowcat Systems joins an impressive list of presenters for this year's event.
As always Mark will be talking about the community and Matt wil be giving a focussed technical presentation on Perl. This year Mark is discussing the advantages to having an Open model for business and embracing the community whereas Matt will be furthering his discussion on the merits of System Administration and usage of Tak with a real world example.
At this point neither Matt or Mark have submitted Lightning Talks for the event, but if this is similar to previous years they will both do so closer to, or at the time.
Mark will also be spending some time at The Perl Foundation booth in the exhibitors hall, so if you want you can come and talk to him there he may bend your ear about why you should be supporting and sponsoring community events and the value of marketing in the Perl world.
We look forward to seeing you at this event.
