Perl QA Hackathon
The Perl Quality Assurance Hackathon will be held in Rugby from Thursday-Sunday this week and Shadowcat’s Matt S. Trout will be one of the attendees.
Quality, testing and standards have been an important part of the Perl community for many years, it was Perl developers who created the Test Anything Protocol (TAP) and we run the Hackathon yearly to improve standards in the toolchain.
It is a long standing event that Shadowcat have been proud to be a member of. In 2013 we hosted the event in the North West of England, and have helped with business services as volunteers with the EPO for this year. Much of the administration of finances was aided by the EPO and Shadowcat donated the time of Mark Keating and Claire Jackson.
